Trierer Land, Germany

The Romans were happy in Trierer Land. Vestiges of their civilization can still be found in many places, such as in Trier, which claims to be Germany's oldest city, as well as in the surrounding area. Old city gates, fortifications and the remnants of a real theater. These conquerors from the south were certainly attracted to this region…but you will undoubtedly like it here too, with its natural beauty and vast forests inhabited by a variety of wildlife. Cities like Metz and Luxembourg are not far away. But you can also explore the many centuries-old villages that dot the area, each one with its own story - just ask the people who live there.
